Delivery Terms

For logistical reasons, some products from the same order may be shipped separately, which means you may receive your products in several different packages. To ensure the fastest and most accurate delivery, please carefully check and provide the correct delivery address when finalizing your order.

Please remember that we are not responsible for lost shipments resulting from the customer providing an incomplete or incorrect address. It is very important to make sure your delivery details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

When placing an order, you can choose the delivery method, including the free shipping option, which means the product will be shipped from a supplier outside the country.

The standard order processing time is 2–5 business days from the moment the order is placed. After this, the estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days. These are approximate values, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

After processing your order, we will generate a tracking number for your shipment and send it in the shipping confirmation to your email address.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us by email at support@arctiqo.se and provide your order number.

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible; however, unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural disasters, transport industry strikes, or other events beyond our control may cause delays.

If the delivery time exceeds 45 business days, we offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
