Terms of Purchase

Order
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The confirmation contains information about the products, prices, and billing and delivery addresses.

Order cancellation
Order cancellation is possible on the same day the order was placed and before the customer service office closes. We cannot cancel an order that has already been processed and shipped.

Delivery
Standard delivery time is 5–12 business days.
Orders placed on weekends are shipped at the earliest on the next business day.
Delays may occur due to heavy courier company workloads, which are beyond our control.

Taxes, customs duties, and import charges
Bad och Lek sells products without Swedish VAT (25%) because they are shipped directly from a supplier outside the EU.
As the buyer, you are the formal importer of the goods and are responsible for paying all import taxes, customs duties, and other fees related to import into Poland.
We are not responsible for these additional costs, and they are not included in the prices listed on our website.
By making a purchase, you accept that you may receive an invoice for import taxes, customs duties, and possible carrier handling fees.

Prices
We reserve the right to change prices in case of changes in purchase costs, exchange rates, or printing errors.

Right of withdrawal from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us by email: support@arctiqo.se

  • Provide your name, address, email, order number, and the products being returned.
    Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
    The customer bears the return costs and is responsible for ensuring that the product is returned in an undamaged condition, preferably in the original packaging.
    In the case of used or damaged products, an amount may be deducted for loss of value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

  • Hygienic products with broken seals/packaging,

  • Personalized products,

  • Services fully performed with customer consent,

  • Perishable products,

  • Single issues of newspapers/magazines.

Complaints and returns of defective goods
All products are checked before shipping. In case of defects or incorrect shipment, we commit to repair or replace them at no extra cost.
Complaints should be reported by email: support@arctiqo.se, providing contact details, order number, and description of the defect.
Returns are possible only with our approval. If a complaint is accepted, we cover the return shipping costs.

Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from product use or for delays or errors caused by force majeure (strikes, fires, wars, government decisions, supplier issues, etc.).

Product information
We reserve the right to printing errors and color differences resulting from screen settings.

Cookies
We use cookies in accordance with telecommunications law to improve user experience. You can block them in your browser settings.

Personal data
By shopping at Bad och Lek, you accept our privacy policy and data processing in accordance with GDPR.
We collect only data necessary to fulfill the order and communicate with the customer, not sharing it with third parties without legal basis.

30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days and receive a refund.
Conditions:

  • Product in original, intact packaging,

  • Product unused and unopened.

Uncollected packages
Uncollected packages are treated as completed orders. The customer bears the costs of delivery, return, and handling. Refunds are issued only after receiving and accepting the returned product.
